Our Vision Statement:  We envision our community to be a safe haven for animals, where the animal and human bond is nurtured, and all animals are treated with compassion and respect.

We are special admission shelter, and we accept all adoptable animals from throughout Merrimack County. We are a nonprofit agency dependent on private donations and are not supported by tax dollars.  As a special admission shelter, we accept adoptable animals in need, however, we do utilize an appointment policy to ensure there is space for all incoming animals.
