Connections for the Homeless Inc

Connections offers a broad spectrum of services in support of its clients. Our Health Services Program provides health services including medical examinations and treatment, vaccinations, self-treatment health education, mental illness and substance abuse counseling, and assistance linking clients to public health benefits. Connections’ Employment Services works with clients to hone their resumes, learn how to search for employment, arrange interviews and transportation, and provide job counseling. Our Supportive Housing Services – for adult individuals for and families – provides longer-term housing in which clients work intensively with our case management team towards achieving health and employment – and ultimately income - stability. For those not ready to come off the streets, or needing only temporary support, Connections operates a short-term shelter (up to 6 months) and an outreach/drop-in program offering food and clothing.
