Mission

Village Earth empowers communities to sustainably access and manage the resources needed to achieve their vision for the future by working directly with communities as allies, distributing appropriate technology information, as well as providing training, consultation and networking services to individuals, communities and organizations around the globe.

Programs

Village Earth works with rural communities throughout the world. Our approach is designed to transform entire regions through a clustering approach that seeks to connect rural communities to one another and to out side resources. Currently Village Earth has projects on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota, with indigenous Shipibo-Konibo living along the Ucayalli River in Peru's Amazon basin, In Purulia India, Guatemala, and Cambodia.
