Imagine Coraopolis... Can you picture a town with a booming business district, public spaces where residents can recreate and adequate services to care for its most vulnerable residents?

The Coraopolis Community Development Foundation (CCDF) was created in August of 2006 to work closely with the school administration, town offficials, business leaders and residents to identify and execute projects deemed most import to the welfare of the town.  

CCDF's revitalization efforts are focused in three areas. 

1. Relief-  We provide relief services to those in emergency situations through running a food pantry, the local service unit of the Salvation Army, a small children's clothing pantry and through partnering with the Dollar Energy Fund as an intake site.  

2. Resourcing-  We help equip people to succeed longterm through offering classes such as GED, ESL, Computer Literacy, etc.  

3. Development- We seek to develop the town through partnering with the Business Development Advisory Council (BDAC), Ohio River Trail Council and through the restoration of the Train Station.
