Cornucopia Services

Welcome!

Since its inception in 2004, Cornucopia has invested in a variety of programs and services that reflect our mission. In 2016, Cornucopia expanded its charitable purpose to now include the development and operation of affordable housing. We offer enhanced resident services at 29 locations in California, Texas and Illinois. Dedicated Resident Service Coordinators at each of our locations offers programming tailored to the needs of their communities by developing a comprehensive understanding of residents via needs assessments, community meetings, verbal feedback, and surveying.

The families and seniors living at our locations can access a wide range of services at absolutely no cost to them. These services include afterschool and summer programs for children and teens, scholarships for youth and adults, employment assistance and workforce development workshops, informational and instructional seminars in topics ranging from finance and computer literacy to Nutrition and English as a Second Language. Our trained Coordinators also provide one on one assistance for residents needing to apply to unemployment or other benefits programs. Our largest program to date is our monthly food distribution which allows us to feed 1,828 households via partnerships with local foodbanks and other nonprofit organizations.
