Since 1912, the focus & mission statement have remained the same, “Meeting the needs of the People”. In today's world – we continue that same mission of supporting the working poor & homeless in our community. Ongoing assistance programs include free food, clothing & shoes, low cost thrift store, workforce clothes closet for employment opportunities, blankets, backpacks & hygiene kits for our homeless & emergency financial assistance for families threatened with eviction, utility shut off or sudden lack of shelter.
