We are a community-based Y with 8 program sites serving families with children age 18 months through high school. We serve the communities of Corona, Norco, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley and Home Gardens in unincorporated Riverside County.
Donations received from our fundraising activities allow us to provide scholarships to children who otherwise would not be able to participate in our programs; from preschool children to high school students. We also use these funds to help with our program site renovations and repair.
Our objectives are to serve our local low-income families by providing quality child care with curriculum-based lessons. The Y provides a safe place to belong, build confidence and learn positive behaviors grounded in our core values. We believe that all kids have amazing potential. The values and skills learned early are vital building blocks for life and young people deserve an opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve.
We also offer community programs & activities: Aerobics for Active Seniors, Adventure Guides, CPR/1st Aid Training, Cardio Fitness, Childcare, Flexibility & Range of Motion, Hip Hop, Karate, Music Lessons, Preschool, School Transportation, Summer Day Camp, Swim Lessons, Teen Center, Teen Programs, Tutoring, Youth & Government (High School), Youth Sports, Zumba.
We provide assistance to our families by assessing their critical needs and connecting them with resources for food, clothing, medical care and housing. Our staff volunteers at many events in the community. We feel it is important to give back to the community that supports us.
