At Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA), our mission is to “build caring relationships with the hope of gaining permission to share the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ in a non-threatening manner.”

In our increasingly secularized society, we believe that Jesus Christ is the answer to our greatest need. While we respect the faith boundaries of employees and adhere to the standards and expectations for a permission-based workplace ministry, our chaplains are trained to respond sensitively, clearly, and lovingly - from a Biblical Christian worldview - when asked about the reason for their hope. 

Since 1996, tens of thousands of people have experienced Christ's transforming power, along with the peace and joy He gives even in the midst of life's storms, through the ministry of our workplace chaplains.

And hundreds of CEOs and business owners have found that providing trained, professional caregivers for their employees makes good business sense as well as good Kingdom sense.

Though we work in over 400 companies spread across over 850 locations in nearly 40 states (as well as Canada and Latin America), we've only just begun to respond to the vast need and plentiful doors of opportunity before us.
