Council Cultural Arts Committee Inc

The Music Festival began in 2001 as an effort to promote live music and boost the local economy. We wanted to provide a cultural and artistic event in a community with no other such events. Aside from the paid performers, it gives non-professional musicians a place to perform in a friendly atmosphere.

Council is the County Seat of Adams County, which has the highest unemployment rate in Idaho. Events such as this help attract people and promote the town.

The festval has never quite brought in as much money as it takes to put it on each year, so we need a little boost from donors in order to keep it going.
