Council of the Arts

The Council of the Arts was established in 2001 and is a non profit organisation supporting the Arts, fostering Arts education, encouraging local artists and enriching the cultural life of St Clair County.  Members enjoy the benefits of free art programs such as artist demonstrations, local art openings, and opportunities to support projects such as Summer Art Camp for Kids, The St Clair County High School Art Exhibit, the Fall Artscape Festival in Lakeside Park and the Artscape Gallery which is a co-operative retail gallery featuring local and handmade gifts.
