Creative Concepts for Living, Inc.

CCL was established in 1995.  We provide Independent Living Services to people with disabilities    throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.  We pride ourselves on always putting our individuals and employees first in a "family" type atmosphere. Many employees have been with CCL over fifteen (15) years.  Many of the individuals supported by the agency have received supports from CCL for 20 years or more. The Executive Director and the Administrative Team have an open-door door policy and work cohesively to support each person, based on their individual needs to be happy, healthy, and to enjoy their life.

Creative Concepts for Living provides supports to approximately forty individuals throughout St. Louis County, St. Louis City, and St. Charles County and employees approximately one hundred and twenty individuals in the area. We currently provide residential supports in the community, but would like to expand our programs in the future to include other types of services that people within our community might need to access. This is especially true as many of our individuals are aging, retiring, and more modified homes are needed. We are committed in providing individualized, meaningful services to people with disabilities in our community. We are also committed to be a competitive, caring employer to those who are Direct Staff Professionals. We love to promote from within. 

CCL also works at partnering with other stake holders in our industry to navigate federal and state requirements, best practice principles, and drive public policy to ensure employees in this industry are paid a competitive, living wages and are receiving up to date training to ensure longevity in this field. We also seek out other funding sources to maintain our quality of care that is provided and as a part of the Support Team for each person that we support for them to have a connection to their community and live a fulfilling, well balanced life.
