Cristo Rey San Jose High School

Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit High School is the first and only private high school in East San Jose serving solely the low-income, minority population in the area. We are also the only high school in Silicon Valley offering a job share program through which students' salaries contribute to up to 50% of their tuition costs ($7,000 of the $17,000 tuition cost). Cristo Rey students are receiving valuable job experience at local businesses, such as Steinberg Architects and Barry Swenson Builders, along with international corporations like Cisco and HP.  Students are also participating in a progressive blended learning program and taking college-prep classes. With both valuable job experience and a strong education, our students are well prepared and confident enough to get into and through college.
