Since Cirugia Sin Fronteras DBA (Surgery Without Medical Insurance) program started 6yrs ago. The main purpose of this program was to be able to offer people with the needed surgical procedure at a significantly discounted fee by lowering the surgeries up to an 80%. Together with a group of providers, specialists, hospitals, surgical facilities, labs, imaging facilities and health promoters who have donated their work and long hours of dedication to aid the ones who need the most in our communities. But soon we realized that many of the ones in need of a surgery were far below the poverty level and couldn't take advantage of the already discounted surgery prices. For that reason, CSF Medical Non-Profit Foundation was founded approximately 1yr ago. Together we have helped low-income individuals in extreme need of a procedure solve their medical and/or surgical issues by covering partial or at times the full cost of their surgery. Through the CSF Medical Non-Profit Foundation 2015-2016 we have saved the lives of at least 36 individuals. Previous to that through the CSF Program 2011-2015 we have been able to change 1,293 lives. Providing a positive impact not only on their families but in the whole community. Healthier residents mean healthier growing communities!

CSF Medical Non-Profit Foundation’s goal is to reach all those individuals who for different reasons, social or physical limitations, or due to lack of insurance are unable to access health benefits in our country. People in extreme need, who find themselves forced to stop working due to their medical issue. Unleashing a financial and emotional crisis in their family and homes.

Your donation could save someone’s life! The funds gather go directly to assist those in extreme need of a surgical procedure.

In order to help these individuals with such limited economic resources, we focus on finding the solid funds from people, businesses and other organizations who share the same altruist ideals.
