Cure Sanfilippo Foundation

Cure Sanfilippo Foundation is a 501c3 Non-profit whose mission is to advocate for and fund research directed toward a CURE or treatment options for patients with Sanfilippo Syndrome.  None exist today.  We are out to change that. Due to the RAPID degeneration with this disease, TIME is not on the children's side.  Act today please.

Promising gene therapy research which stopped the disease in animal models is in the final stages preparing for a clinical trial.  Other promising research includes stem cell combination options (non-embryonic), enzyme replacement, and small molecule therapies.  Many need funding to continue the science.  These children deserve a chance at life and thier clock is ticking.  Be part of the URGENT effort to stop a terminal childhood disesae.
