Dallas Fort Worth Camino de Cristo

DFW Camino de Cristo (formerly DFW Vida Nueva) is a 3-day ministry for youth between the ages of 15-20. The weekends are led by youth and help in the growth and maturity of Christian Faith and leadership! It gives the opportunity to unplug from all that is going on in our fast-paced world, hang out with Jesus for 3 days, have a ton of fun and see what The Lord has for you at this time.

Mission:

Camino de Cristo is an ecumenical (multi-denominational) Christian retreat weekend and movement. DFWCC prepares young people for adulthood and leadership in their homes, schools, churches, and work environments through a series of talks, chapels, discussions and other activities.Using a team of both youth and adults, it addresses current relevant issues in the lives of young people such as personal relationships, singleness, and marriage. In addition, DFWCC gives instruction in personal prayer, study, Christian service and the purpose of the church. Through Camino de Cristo, young people come face to face with God’s immediate will for their lives and helps provide a strong, Biblical foundation for a sound Christian walk. Finally, many youth participants come back and serve as leaders providing the same service and love that they received on their own weekends.
