Vision: A community of people empowered to learn, grow, and achieve a fulfilling life.
History: The Partnership was formed in 1995 to promote and facilitate collaborative efforts to ensure that all members of our community have access to the health, education, and social services they need to be successful in both school and life.
Annually, over $1 Million in quality programs and services are provided to the Daly City Community through the Partnership's collaborative efforts. Over 60 agencies, businesses, and institutions comprise The Collaborative’s Membership, which meets on a bi-monthly basis to network and share information, foster open, respectful communication and dialogue. We work together to identify key community issues and collaborate in providing high-quality, effective programs for our community, while avoiding duplication of services.
DCPPC is comprised of 5 direct service programs:
DALY CITY COMMUNITY SERVICE CENTER helps eligible low-income families & individuals with emergency food, shelter and other services.
ASAP extends and improves the education of struggling students in Daly City and the surrounding area through enriching after school programs.
CART staff voluntarily work with families in need or in crisis to resolve issues and build self-sufficiency within the family unit.
Our Second Home is an Early Childhood resource center with monthly classes for parents and childcare providers, an on-site preschool and informational hub and library.
HART staff and volunteers run a telephone help line for seniors and people with disabilities to connect them to community needs such as transportation, food, shelter, and wellness.
