Darby Avenue Elementary PTA - Darby Dolphin Fund

Darby is a small elementary school with 485 students that has been able to meet educational milestones year after year, above and beyond California state standards. They are able to achieve this by offering a well-rounded education that includes various enrichment programs that cover literacy, academic achievement, and development of critical thinking and problem solving.

Darby's award winning PTA is a huge part of the school's success. The PTA organizes and provides funding for programs such as School Beautification, Darby Reads, Fitness Month, Ice Cream Social, Red Ribbon Week, Reflections, School Assemblies, Science Night, Student Art Show, Spook-A-Rama, and the Talent Show. They also contribute to the Computer Lab, Earthquake and Safety supplies, Homework Club, Weekly Readers, and many other school needs as requested by the teachers and principal.

These children represent our future leaders and we owe it to them to give them the best possible education. Remember...A GOOD public education is free. A GREAT public education requires donations!
