The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) makes a huge difference by providing free support groups, advocacy, educational programs, empowerment, recovery tools, and information to people living with depression and bipolar disorder, and their friends and family.  Our peer-led support groups work, and research by NIH and SAMHSA back that up - participants are 86% more likely to succeed in treatment.
