Public Access Corporation of the District of Columbia

DCTV is a nationally recognized community media network that first went on the air in 1988.   DCTV is a 501(c)(3) membership-based, non-profit and our mission is focused on providing opportunities for community residents and organizations to create noncommercial television programs and to telecast their programs on our channels.   Our mission is also to engage the entire community in a dialogue that is broadly representative of its varied perspectives and cultures and to ensure the presence of diverse cultural groups and ideas traditionally unheard or under-represented in the media. 

As we embark on our next 25 years, DCTV needs support to better serve the community and the region.
