At Delco Dawgs, we say yes when others say no. Since 2018, our all-volunteer, foster-based rescue has served the greater Philadelphia area—responding to lost, injured, abandoned, and abused animals with urgency, compassion, and care.

We don’t have a physical shelter—we have something stronger: a dedicated network of fosters, passionate volunteers, and a community that shows up again and again. Every animal we rescue receives full medical care and the time they need to heal in a loving foster home before finding their perfect match.
