Denver Gaels GAA Club, Inc

The Denver Gaels Youth Club a community-based, volunteer-led organization based in Denver whose mission is to promote Gaelic games, Irish culture and build our children’s foundation for a lifelong love of participation in sport.

We aim to keep sports. FUN and AFFORDABLE so all can participate. We encourage good sportsmanship, attitude, and discipline by all players, parents and spectators on and off the field and we will treat everyone with respect and integrity.

Gaelic Games are the national sports of Ireland. They are composed of two main sports:

1. Gaelic Football, which incorporates skills of soccer, basketball and rugby; and
2. Hurling (for boys) and Camogie (for girls), which combine the skills of field hockey and lacrosse, with the hand-eye coordination skills of baseball or tennis

The games are fast paced, fun, and a combination of all sorts of athletic skills and coordinations that serve as a foundation for nearly any sport.
