Developing inner peace means learning methods for letting go of anger, improving relationships, and finding wisdom.  We provide meditation classes, special events, and a vibrant spiritual community for practicing these methods.

 

 

Kadampa Buddhism is a path to inner peace. It was founded in modern times by Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
