Diane’s Heart Provides a support system to single mothers and their children through education , financial resources , practical assistance and social networks to better their lives and the lives of their children.

We teach single moms to dream, grow, and live successfully to create stronger children and communities.

VISION

To provide a caring environment for single moms to gain financial support and provide life changing lessons through purpose driven programs that will enrich their lives and the lives of their children.

We let single moms know that they are not alone, by acting as their “extended family” in their time of need.

Our goal is to make their lives a little easier while they continue to work hard to make their life and their families’ lives better. We know that even with all the hard work they do day to day, money is still scarce.  That’s one way Diane’s Heart steps in.
