Dignify Dementia

Dignify Dementia is a small, web-based non-profit organization located in Denver, Colorado, US.  We promote dementia awareness and provide accurate information and support to individuals, families, and other care partners living with and navigating dementia.  We aim to assist our visitors to get and stay connected to the most helpful and relevant resources, organized in thought and practice, and anchored to the present by emphasizing dignity and independence. We translate our aim into action by employing the products and services offered on our website, which include our complete dementia toolkit, our library of resources from health and wellness practitioners to end-of-life planning; and a monthly Facebook support group as well as a live chat with a professional, licensed clinical social worker specializing in gerontology and dedicated to service in the dementia field.
