Diné Community Development Corporation, Inc. provides leadership, program and resources development that enhance and vitalized our rural surrounding communities such as Navajo, Native Americans and other underserved populations.

Diné Community Development Corporation, Inc. (DCDC) was certified by the Navajo Nation Department of Business Regulatory on September 30, 2013 & IRS 501(C)(3) on April 06, 2018. DCDC is a Navajo corporation, directed and managed by experienced, well-educated Navajos, Native Americans and minority individuals and guided by American Indian community values. DCDC is incorporated to serve the Navajo Nation (population of 286,731 per 2010 Census). The rural communities to be served include the Navajo Nation (Apache and Coconino counties) and all surrounding LGA certified chapters in our rural communities.
Diné Community Development Corporation, Inc.'s values and principles are mission-centered, based on existing strengths and resources, and rooted in the current and emerging needs of the rural communities it will serve. One of our corporation goals is aimed to strengthen the corporation financially and organizationally; to build on and enrich current programming; and to establish systems and procedures supportive of increased program effectiveness and ensure long-term impact on the Navajo Nation.
DCDC's program goal is to develop and provide services for commercial development; business development; cooperative development; agribusiness development; education and training development; community development; youth development; housing development that will benefit underserved population within the Navajo Nation and other Native communities. DCDC's objective is to assist surrounding rural communities in upgrading or maintaining their public sewer, water, wastewater and utility infrastructure. Increasing unrestricted revenue that can be used for discretionary programs implemented in response to emerging community needs is DCDC's goal. Also, to enhance the economic vitality of rural Native communities by developing the human capital of the tribal communities.

DCDC provides leadership, program & resource development that enhance & vitalize our rural surrounding communities such as Navajo, Native Americans & other underserved populations. Additional programs and services provided by DCDC is a range of economic & community development services such as small business planning, non-profit development, grant development, agricultural and cooperative education services. DCDC also conducts non-profit technical assistance as follows:
