One of my sons struggled with anxiety and depression after being bullied at age 12.  Our experience of the mental health system and its shortfalls caused us to look for another solution.  We have partnered with Dr Neecie Moore and created workshops that help individuals heal and start a journey to move forward in a healthy way.  We purchased a property in Anna, Texas called Three Oaks Ranch. Our goal is to build a therapy ranch that offers a secure and tranquil environment for individuals and families seeking activities and tools to alleviate stress, enhance coping skills, and foster personal growth. Our programs focus on resilience and self-empowerment, enabling participants to overcome life’s challenges, achieve emotional healing and well-being, and emerge with renewed purpose.

 Part of our program is a therapeutic garden. it has been proven by science that being in nature can help decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety, exposure to nature can also lower cortisol levels and help reduce stress. As we create it we encourage community involvement as far as possible.
