it is important to keep in mind how emotionally challenging this time of year can be for families grieving a death loss. For many, it becomes a time of reminders of their special person who isn’t with them for traditions and creating new memories.

Managing the complex feelings that arise during the holidays requires having the right support and coping strategies. To help families who are navigating their grief journeys this holiday season, Donovan Hines Foundation created a multitude of resources to provide a sense of connection and assist with developing helpful coping tools.

The Donovan Hines Foundation provides Bereavement Counseling and Funeral Cost Aid to individuals and families impacted by the loss of loved one to violence.

The Donovan Hines Foundation recognizes that grief is a response to all loss, not just death. The Donovan Hines Foundation focuses on the holistic fact that Mental Health Awareness and Substance Abuse plays a major role within our community problems. We endeavor to have a positive impact on developing their character to become outstanding citizens in society. With our enhanced organizational structure, Donovan Hines Foundation of Exuberance Co. is expanding and able to provide more critical programming and services to play a large role in enabling individuals to reach their full potential and gain the confidence and resources they need. 

The Donovan Hines Foundation implemented Bereavement Support programs as a method of healing and prevention such as:
