The DoorWay, Inc.

The DoorWay is a Christian ministry that equips youth, assists individuals struggling with addiction and supports families, without discrimination, through prevention, intervention, counsel, training and support programming.

The Jr. Staff are youth from the community who attend the Rec Room, and this program begins the process of moving them into leadership roles. The Jr. Staff participate in planning and staff meetings, help to plan and organize games, and assist in various aspects of Rec Room activities. Through training and encouragement, these youth learn to be constructive, participating members who serve as positive role models for other youth, both in the Rec Room and in their community.
