Dreams for Kids

Giving at risk kids a chance to learn & smile 

Dreams For Kids is a program to enhance the social and cultural lives of children in the care of Child Protective Services.

This program was developed by the Basin Wide Foundation, facilitated with Child Family Services to provide social and cultural outlet opportunities.

Basin Wide Foundation provides children with financial assistance for needs such as:

• Sports Registration & Uniforms 
• Music & Dance Lessons
• Boys & Girls Club Membership Fees
• Science Camp Trips
• Any much more...

Since 2009, the program has made dreams come true for more than 500 children living in the Morongo Basin.  

ADOPT A CHILD PROGRAM

At Christmas, the "Adopt a Child" program provides hundreds of gifts and toys to the children in the CFS foster & protective care system.  Last year, there were over 400 needy children. 

Children in the Child Protective Services program, by no fault of their own, are often found during the holidays in temporary homes or foster care. This is an opportunity to be their Santa and to bring smiles to many little faces.  

The 2017 Adopt a Child Program has started.  If you would like to adopt a child or family, please call (760)365-7219.  You will be given your adopted child's first name, age and any wishlist they may have - we ask that $35-$40 be spent on each child.  

If you are unable to shop, make a donation today and our elves will take care of the rest.
