Dress for Success Atlanta Programs
Dress for Success Atlanta is known for its flagship program –providing professional, interview-appropriate attire to women who are interviewing for jobs and additional outfits for women starting new jobs. However, the Suiting program is just one of several ongoing initiatives. Your support will provide funding to support all of these important programs that empower women to achieve economic independence.
Interview and Employment Suiting--Complete interview outfits, including shoes and accessories, are provided for women ahead of scheduled interviews. Additionally, a working wardrobe of up to five outfits is provided once our clients get a job. This suiting process includes information about dressing properly in the workplace and basic business etiquette.
Professional Women’s Group--The Professional Women’s Group (PWG) is a networking association that encourages career growth for clients who have successfully gained employment. The PWG strives to teach employed women about workplace communication, corporate culture, financial literacy/wealth building, balancing family and work, and more. Having this support system post-employment assists our clients with job retention and career advancement.
