Join Down Syndrome Network Arizona (DSNetwork) in this unique fundraising opportunity.

Our goal is to raise $20,000 from July 19 - Aug 13 for needed services provided to families who have a loved one with Down syndrome. 

DSNetwork has been approved to be part of A Community Thrives Challenge (ACT Challenge), supported by the Gannett Foundation (owner of The Republic and AZCentral.com). Last year, 15 Arizona nonprofits shared more than $203,000 in A Community Thrives grants. With your help, DSNetwork will be eligible to receive an additional $5,000-25,000 from the foundation. 

DSNetwork serves 2,500 individuals with Down syndrome and their families. From the initial diagnosis, through the school-aged years and beyond, individuals with Down syndrome and their families face a wide range of challenges. DSNetwork helps every step of the way.

Surf's UP for Down Syndrome Arizona is a fundraising Walk benefitting Down syndrome. On October 30th, more than 1,200 walkers will lead the ASU Homecoming Parade, while increasing public awareness and acceptance of individuals with Down syndrome.

Your donation helps DSNetwork improve the lives of individuals with Down syndrome by providing the best possible programs and may be applied to any registered Surf's UP Walk team.
