Educare California at Silicon Valley is a model early learning school serving children birth to 5 and their families in the Santee neighborhood of East San Jose. As the first Educare school in California, we join a national network of 21 schools using evidence-based programming to provide comprehensive services to at-risk children and their families to give them the best start to life.  

Our school houses 12 high-quality early learning classrooms, a family resource center, a satellite children's museum and public library,and a professional development institute that builds the capacity of early childcare providers who will impact thousands more children throughout the state. 

In the short six months that the school has been open, we've already served 168 children in ourclassrooms, and over 500 additional young children and parents through family resource center services, like story time and positive parenting classes. 

With summer approaching, the school is gearing up for outdoor activities, and we need your support! Your generous donation will allow us to purchase instructional materials and shade structures for our outdoor space--allowing the kids to spark their creativity and imagination by learning through play in a new environment, which increases their social and motor skills. The children will greatly appreciate a donation of any size to help us make our first summer at Educare one filled with fun and joyful learning opportunities for the children and families we serve!
