Our mission is to demonstrate that the cycle of poor academic performance can be broken. We believe that with targeted instruction, consistent support, and adequate time, every student can achieve academic success and meet or exceed state standards

The E.C.F. Community Center is an after-school tutoring and educational enrichment program for all at-risk, elementary-age children .Serving over 160 students annually, E.C.F. Community Center empowers children ages 6-13 in Corpus Christi's communities to rise above poverty, academic challenges, and social risks. Through after-school tutoring and enrichment, we help students build confidence, improve proficiency in core subjects, and resist negative influences like gang recruitment. Our students face compounded challenges-academic underperformance, economic hardship, and exposure to social threats. E.C.F. provides a structured, supportive alternative that not only improves grades but also builds resilience and hope Your contribution is more than a donation-it's a declaration that every child deserves a chance to succeed. The Importance of having the program is communication and socialization. It's helped a lot! We can see how much our child have improved her English skills since we are foreign here (Philippines). Our child felt ashamed at first talking with teachers and classmates, since joining this program she has become more confident in her speaking skills.
