EAC Network is proud to be part of One Island Giving Day to encourage people who live and work on Long Island to give back to Long Island.

EAC Network is a diverse social service agency that empowers, assists, and cares for over 82,000 people in crisis. Our objective is to reach individuals within our community through innovative programs that improve quality of life.

We help people within five service areas: Children & Youth, Family & Community, Behavioral Health & Criminal Justice, Seniors & the Incapacitated, and Vocational Services.

Among those we assist are:

• children who have been abused or neglected
• youth in foster care
• individuals struggling with mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring discorders
• vulnerable seniors needing Meals on Wheels and other supportive services
• incapacitated individuals unable to manage daily life on their own
• people seeking financial independence
• and so many more

PROGRAM SPOTLIGHT:

In-Home Respite Services provides in-home caregivers (companions) to individuals caring for an elderly relative in their home so they can take much-needed time off. View the video below to learn about Angelo's story with his companion, Dolores.
