Eagle Pathway

A nonprofit organization

Eagle Pathway's mission is to develop a Christian-based, safe, educational home environment for youth and low income single mothers who have experienced foster care and homelessness. Eagle Pathway's goal is to emphasize the refinement of social skills and development of strategies for obtaining education and job opportunities, thereby empowering individuals to be self-sufficient, successful, contributing members of society.

Eagle Pathway provides resources, education, job training, life skill classes, food, clothing, furniture, household items, school supplies, and other items to help assist youth and low income single mothers who have experienced foster care or homelessness. We provide mentors to help them plan their future and to be a consistent support as they take this new journey to living independently. Our goal is to build tiny home community's for youth who are aging out of foster care. Our community's will provide the much-needed housing and support these youth need to transition living independently.

Programs:
Tiny Homes
We are in the fundraising stages of building tiny home communities in the valley for these youth to live in after aging out of care.
They can live up to 3 years and receive wrap around services to ensure their success.

Totes 4 Teens:
We provide totes with household items they need when moving into their first home.
We provide them with things like dishes, pots and pans, brooms, and other items needed.

Stocking Of Love:
We provide single mom's and their children with help for Christmas. We typically serve 3500.
We provide them with dinner, gifts, toys, gift cards and other items to help them through the holidays.

Let It Snow:
This is a free foster care awareness event where we bring in a snow slide, petting zoo and lots of fun activities for the foster care community to enjoy. It is also to promote foster care awareness and connect families with the information they need to get involved.
We served about 600 people last year.

Easter Celebration
We
We also provided back packs and school supplies in July and Aug for those students in college who have aged out of care and those teens in school who have experienced foster care or homelessness. We serve between 100 and 200 each year.
