East Liberty Development, Inc.

The mission of East Liberty Development, Inc. (ELDI) is to foster the revitalization of the East Liberty community in the City of Pittsburgh. Working in collaboration with community stakeholders, ELDI acts as a catalyst for positive change by providing leadership in the areas of planning, advocacy, facilitation, and investment.

ELDI's residential development program will produce high quality housing, as part of a coordinated pipeline of projects, at an effective scale and which is easily accessible to local community residents. Residential development services offered by ELDI include: Neighborhood visioning Project planning and acquisition Development packaging services Construction management services Development marketing / sales services Facilitated development Development financing Program budget would be approximately $400,000 annually.
