East Palo Alto Police Activities League Inc

The East Palo Alto Police Activities League (PAL) serves as the fiscal agent for EPA Jr. Golf. Our goal is to assist local community-based youth programs that do not have adequate staff and resources to fully operate their programs. 

Under the leadership of Bob Hoover, EPA Jr. Golf has been one of Silicon Valley's premier junior golf program for over 20 years. The PAL Board would like to give a special thanks to Bob Hoover who has spent so much time and personal resources developing our youth.

EPA Jr. Golf's mission is to help minority youth foster a relationship between education and their personal development using the game of golf. 

We are proud to collaborate with local programs that enhance our youth to become positive role models and productive citizens in our society. Over the years, we have provided more than $100,000 in support to such programs as the East Palo Alto Jr. Golf Program, the Mastodons Football Program, the East Palo Alto Razorbacks Rugby Program, the East Palo Alto Music Mural & Arts Program, the Peninsular Sports Academy Basketball Program, and the East Palo Alto Youth Court. These Programs serve over 1000 youth each year.
