Edinboro Community Church

We’re a church plant that began gathering in May 2018, with our first official service held that September.

Why Edinboro? First, because we love this community. Second, many of us grew up here or went to school here and we sensed God’s call to plant a church right where people were already living and serving.

From the beginning, our vision has been to love God, love others, and make disciples here in Northwest PA. We have extended this vision by planting our first church. In 2024 we planted Harvest Community Church in Corry, PA!

Currently, we meet on Sunday mornings at the Edinboro YMCA (9AM during the school year and 10AM in the summer). We are a small group church with a focus on building disciple-making relationships through Community Groups and Discipleship Groups.

In November 2022, we took an exciting step by purchasing property that will one day become the permanent home of Edinboro Community Church. Since then, generous giving and volunteer work have made it possible to:

• Finish the parsonage basement, turning it into a welcoming space for midweek gatherings




• Fix drainage issues in the pond to help preserve the land




• Remove an old small barn and regrade the area for future ministry use




• Remove fencing to open up the property




• Take big steps toward completing a community walking trail, designed to bless both our church family and our neighbors




• Restore electricity to the large barn to support upcoming projects and gatherings

Each of these milestones moves us closer to building our future worship center and deepening our ministry presence in Edinboro.
