Elevate programs use a unique, relationship-based approach where full-time staff who represent the community they serve, act as teachers, mentors and life coaches, building relationships with students and being available in their lives 24/7/365.

 

Five Distinct Elements of Uplift Model

Full-time, salaried teacher-mentors representative of our student population and that are accessible to youth twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. 

Year-round Programming - not limited to the school year. 

Cross-age mentoring - our high school students mentor elementary youth, becoming leaders and role models. 

Long-term Relational Approach- Our teacher-mentor staff works with students from year to year, allowing for a "pipeline" of influence from 2nd through 12th grade. 

Four program areas - In School, After School, Adventure, and Post Secondary.
