Elevate Athletic Performance Foundation

By witnessing the positive impact of youth sports in bringing Northeast Denver communities of color together, five Northeast Denver grassroots youth sports organizations joined to create Elevate Athletic Performance Foundation (EAPF) in 2021. EAPF was founded as a result of historical collaboration among these organizations, who have collectively served Northeast Denver communities of color for over 100 years. This collaborative work has enabled shared strengths to be celebrated and common challenges to be addressed at a larger scale to create sustainable change for historically marginalized Northeast Denver residents.

While youth athletics are the flagship services of EAPF’s member organizations, each also delivers a broad range of additional programs. Under the leadership of EAPF, services that range from athletics to educational and personal development programs, are better integrated to increase responsiveness, creativity, and effectiveness in delivery.
