Elizabeth Baptist Church

To provide monthly food assistance to all who register and also provide emergency food assistance when needed. We also provide utility assistance through the Elizabeth Salvation Army Unit. We deliver food when there is no way to reach us.

We have a once a month food distribution on the second Wednesday of each month. We also provide delivery assistance if needed. Our orders usually consist of 3 paper bags of canned goods and other non-perishable items, one plastic bag of dairy products, one plastic bag of frozen meats, and produce items when available. We do a drive through pantry distribution where the volunteers load the food items in our families' cars.

We have housed the Elizabeth Boro Food Pantry for 35 years at the Elizabeth Baptist Church. We have never cancelled a food distribution. During COVID gift cards were provided. We now do our food distribution outside in our parking lot which provides our families with a very fast and easy pick up. They no longer have to park, enter the building, and walk up and down our steps. This is much safer for all who are involved in this monthly distribution. We love our clients and look forward to serving them each month with the foods we have available to us to purchase - but donations are down and the cost of the food is rising. Donations are much needed.
