MISSION STATEMENT

To provide nutritious meals, socialization, health screening and education.  We act as a catalyst for access, opportunity, health and independence for persons 60 years and older.

 

ABOUT

We provide congregate and home-delivered meals, health screening, resource referral, and recreational and social outlets to seniors age 60 and better.  These services enhance the lives of our seniors and keep them healthy, out of the nursing homes and the hospital, and productive in our community.  The services we provide reduce the economic burden on our community through reduction in health care and institutinal living costs as well.

Our primary goal is to enhance the quality of life for senior through delivery of nutritious meals, encouraging fitness, and educating seniors about other needed services available to them and referring them to appropriate resources.
