ELP's Fellowship Program offers intensive leadership and skill training, regional networking opportunities, and time for personal and professional reflection. Consisting of retreats and additional optional trainings, our curriculum helps emerging leaders hone their leadership styles, identify leverage points that affect real change through systems thinking, and strengthen their outreach to diverse constituencies.
Today's complex environmental challenges call for a new brand of leadership. ELP provides training in high engagement leadership, diversity and systems thinking to emerging and innovative leaders from academia, business, government and the non-profit sector. Upon completing the training program, these Fellows will join ELP's Senior Fellows Network of over 500 graduates from across the country who are working towards a just and a sustainable future.
ELP Fellows participate in overnight retreats in the course of a year to build their leadership capacity and develop personal leadership plans. Fellows also work together to develop public issue forums, networking events and national conferences
Today's environmental and social change issues require more diversified leadership. ELP is building a diverse network of leaders who are capable of addressing those issues.
