Enlightened Technicians: Association for Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics Professionals also known as ETSTEM is a tax-exempt national nonprofit organization, founded in 2019 by Mr. Marquis Broadwater in Virginia  on the premise that exposure to members of the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) communities is critical to K-12 student achievement and career exploration in STEM. Our mission is to be a voice for those seeking to join the field and help change the future. Through networking, education, and industry insight. We seek to aid and engage those who wish to make a better and brighter tomorrow.

We want to be the go-to asset for people looking to begin, develop, and advance professions in innovation and eliminate all STEM bias. As an association, we want to bring all STEM minds together to continue helping each other.

Right now, we have one core program called eSports in STEM. eSports in STEM is a fun interactive way to connect with youth fascinated but video games while educating parents on the benefits of kids participating in competitive gaming. We provide exposure to college recruiting & scholarship opportunities.

Our upcoming program is our the Mentoring program. Our mentoring connects motivated and career-focused students with professionals who can provide insights about the process of choosing and starting a career in their specific field. This program provides students and mentors a structured means of initiating a professional relationship to discuss career interests and how to prepare for his/her career.

Lastly, we offer four scholarship  for Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics. All scholarship are open yearly to  any high school senior or currently enrolled college undergrad student who plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree to have a future career in world of science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
