Environmental Concerns Organization

ECO focuses its efforts on environmental stewardship and sustainable community development projects.  Since 1996, ECO has operated 3 separate organizations to clean it, sort it, and renew it:  post-consumer recycled material.  ECO Restoration Society volunteers have cleaned up thousands of tons of illegally dumped tires & trash from the delicate Sonoran Desert--the majority of which ECO recycled. ECO's community recycling facility, the Recycling Association of Maricopa, accepts more items for recycling than any other drop-off center in the state of Arizona. Both of these organizations primarily serve a 400 square-mile area south of Phoenix.  ECO One Earth Products--"Products for a Sustainable Future"--are developed locally from post-consumer, recycled material and marketed nationally to promote the "buy recycled" message.  Additionally, ECO has provided hundreds of environmental educational presentations and collaborated with community organizations to involve kids & youth in the process of environmental stewardship.  ECO also provides mentoring to hundreds of at-risk youth each year through its community service program.
