Partners in Conservation

Public lands are a gift and a treasure, especially in Nevada. 

PIC promotes volunteerism, stewardship, active involvement, common-sense conservation, multiple use, access to all public lands (after all they are PUBLIC), and responsible use. 

Currently we have an MOA with the BLM to perform daily maintenance, management, and administrative tasks for Logandale Trails, a stunningly beautiful area west of Logandale, NV. 

As such we clean restrooms, empty trash bins, provide dumpsters for users, hold volunteer work days, promote responsible use, do trail maintenance, monitor resources including cultural resources, and interact with the public--providing information and education about the area, wildlife, plants, recreation, etc.
