Epilepsy Foundation Western/Central Pennsylvania

The Epilepsy Foundation Western/Central Pennsylvania leads the fight to stop seizures, find a cure and overcome the challenges created by epilepsy.

Consultation and training services are available for both adults and their employers when problems arise related to seizures in the workplace. Employees are provided with guidance and education on how to communicate with their employers about the possible need for an accommodation, and help in conducting a job search. Employers can obtain FREE epilepsy education and seizure-first aid training, or help in creating an appropriate epilepsy-related accommodation for an employee under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
