EqualityMaine Foundation

Founded in 1984, EqualityMaine continues to make progress toward the day when LGBTQ+ people and their families have full equality in the hearts and minds of Maine people and in all areas of the law.

Your support is critically important as we continue to offer our programs and services, centering the needs of LGBTQ+ youth and older adults across Maine.

Specifically, your contribution helps us:

• Offer LGBTQ+ youth from all over the state the chance to attend our New Leaders Project summer camp, providing them with the opportunity to explore their own identities, connect with their peers, and build the skills they need to create change in their schools and communities 
• Expand our outreach efforts to LGBTQ+ older adults through our NOA programs, combating isolation and inequity
• Create inter-generational opportunities that foster community building among LGBTQ+ Mainers of all ages
