Every Child, Every Promise

Every Child/Every Promise, in strategic alliance with the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, works to ensure that all young people succeed in school, a career and our community. ECEP frames its work with Five Promises to youth: caring adults, safe places, a healthy start, effective education and opportunities to serve. By making and keeping each of these promises, ECEP believes it can ensure that all young people will have the opportunity to succeed in school, a career and in our community.
