This Giving Tuesday, we're reflecting on all the ways generosity is baked into the work we do every day. At Every Body Texas, our mission is powered by people who give — their time, expertise, compassion, care. The generosity of our staff, providers, and clients all play a part in making sexual and reproductive healthcare accessible across Texas. When you support our work, you become a Giver who provides us with the resources we need to care for every person in Texas who needs it. This Giving Tuesday, #GiveToEveryBody, so we can, too.
We believe access to safe, unbiased, high-quality sexual and reproductive healthcare is a universal human right.
For more than forty years, we’ve worked to protect and expand that right for all people in Texas, regardless of identity, income, or personal circumstances. Our work spans three core areas of impact:
Title X & Support for Healthcare Providers
Every Body Texas is the only Title X (Title Ten) Family Planning Program administrator in Texas. We currently support a network of over 30 agencies with more than 150 clinic sites across the state serving more than 180,000 clients annually. Title X services include birth control access, breast and cervical cancer screenings, STI testing and treatment, basic infertility treatment, pregnancy testing, and other preventive health services like diabetes and blood pressure screenings.
We also deliver innovative training and technical assistance for providers in sexual and reproductive healthcare environments. By supporting and educating providers—including doctors, nurses, and administrators—we keep them on the leading edge of sexual and reproductive healthcare. Empowered with more knowledge and tools, providers can better serve their clients.
Public Education & Resources
Our organization connects people in Texas to Title X clinics for low- or no-cost care, accurate sexual and reproductive health information, and free Repro Kits containing Emergency Contraception (EC) that are available to anyone, anywhere in Texas.
Policy & Advocacy
The Every Body Texas Policy team advocates on the state and national level for the policies and investments that increase access to healthcare for all Texans, regardless of income or hometown. You can follow along with our legislative work by signing up for our Policy & Action Newsletter.
Why give?
